We are a Christmas-lovin’ bunch here in the Malone household, and no one loves Christmas more than my mother. She has been staying overnight with us for the past few Christmases and we always have a great time together. Here are our adventures in photos:

Here is us singing Silent Night. For some reason I always sing this song in German instead of English. We sang the German version in high school choir and it stuck. So I sing the middle verse in German. Crappily butchered, I’m sure.



But one of my favorite Christmas songs is O Holy Night. I do a horrible job winging it on the keyboard but my mother loves it anyway.

My sister got us a Whirly Pop for Christmas so we decided to try it out.


We didn’t make much, but what we did manage to pop was delicious

Sean fell asleep at about 8:30 and Mama and I watched It’s a Wonderful Life and then home movies. We snuggled up on the couch together in pajamas and ate our popcorn. It was a fantastic time. Sean woke us up around 9AM and we all gathered round for presents.

This is the only thing Sean asked for this Christmas. A personal egg pan thing. He is waking me up at 6:30 tomorrow morning so that I can watch him make an egg sandwich with it.
